Cropping an image should not make the image blurred, so I'm unsure what is happening or what to suggest.
I haven't used Photo Explosion so I have no knowledge of that, but as far as I know, cropping an image just means 'cutting out'. Is this Photo Explosion application blurring the image as part of the cropping process? If so, what happens if you de-select the cropping tool, does the image become clear again?
I would test this on a "Copy" of the photo, and not the original. That way, if you make any errors you still have the original to copy again to work with.

I just cropped a photo but am not sure how to manage the pixels to make it clear (it is now blurred). I am using Photo Explosion, but I could crop it in a windows program if need be. The OS is windows Vista. Any help would really be appreciated; I need to clear this photo. Thanks in advance.
