I need an at least 64GB MP3 that will work with iTunes

my son wants my 120GB iPod. I need to replace it and only really need a 64GB player. As I am not willing to shell out the dough for a touch, is there any good player that will work with my iTunes library? I am not too concerned about purchased material from the iTunes Store, but would like to keep my podcasts and all of my downloaded music/audiobooks.
