I NEED A NEW PHONE

IF ANYONE COULD HELP THAT WOULD BE GREAT. I AM SWITCHING TO VERIZON AND WOULD LIKE SOME HELP DECIDING BETWEEN THE DROID DNA (HTC) OR THE GALAXY S3 (SAMSUNG)????
