I need a little advice with my computer :D

Hey guys. I have had this computer for about 3 years now and i think its starting to reach its climax. Or at least when I'm playing DayZ Grin. So i need some advice. Theys are my specs:

Intel Core 2 quad CPU q8200 @2.33Ghz 2.34GHz 64bit obviously Silly
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT

If you need anything else just ask. I'm running on 2 Screens. A 1920x1080 16:9 acer and a 1440x900 Samsung
The main problem I'm having is just a little lag in my computer. And when i play DayZ my video card heats up to 70-75. And if you know anything about DayZ when I"m in the city i get about 10 fps. So i need to know.

Thanks alot for your help. Sorry if this i terribly written i have terrible English.

If you have 125 bucks......I'd shop for a Hd7770 gpu.
That should give you a nice bump.
