I need a camera good small camera

i need a camera that has some manual controls but is small it needs to take good photos, any suggestions?

Small and Under $400 with $500 absolute tops.
Manual override controls.

There should be lots of cameras that fit that description, but that is not the case.

All of the ultra-thin camera (<1 inch thick) are point-and-shoot, with few/none manual controls.

So you have to think a little bigger.
How about under 1.5 inches thick.
You come up with four cameras:
Canon A85
Canon A95
Fujifilm F550
Fujifilm F700

I would suggest either of the Canon cameras.

thanx for the info i will look at the a85
