2 years ago I made calender for my friends for christmas. And I didnt use anything fancy. Would you believe I did it the MS Office???
I used excel for the months - i found it convenient to be able to make the boxes for each day. It was just time consuming putting the numbers in for each month.
After selecting the photos I wanted, I just collaged them in to a microsoft word document.
Printing?? I made one complete colour copy of the photo part on my printer at home. I then took that copy to Officeworks, and made full colour prints from it there - much cheaper then ink. I was also able to do the laminating and binding there. So in all ~ $6 (australian) per calender
