Resolved Question

I'm trying to save money on my phone bill

Nov 2, 2012 3:22AM PDT

I am trying to save money on my phone bill. I pay 110 a month. I have a smart phone with unlimited text. But other than that I have the lowest number of minutes, and I was told that if I switch from unlimited data to the lowest plan I would save 1 dollar a month. So, I was wondering if anyone had some tips, secrets, or discounts to help save me money on my phonebill. I am a verizon user but would be willing to switch carriers since my contract is expiring. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

His plan is at 35 a month but as they don't talk a lot, it's super. 110 a month may be for those that talk a lot.

I never considered Straight talk. I have a question/concern. I have had my number with Verizon forever and I'm afraid if I switch I will lose it. Can my number carry over?

I just left verizon to straight talk. You get unlimited text and phone, however you have to watch your data usage as they say you get unlimited, but you get a stern warning after going over two gb. I pay $45 a month. You just have to make sure your phone is gsm and unlocked.
