I'm so sorry

by Sasha Tee / February 27, 2007 1:05 AM PST

for all my whining - I was too hasty regarding the HP and Sony cameras. I did a little more research and found that I could use Windows Gallery to retrieve pictures from the cameras. Maybe I'll find a solution for the other compatability problems eventually. Thanks for listening Happy

It's good to hear that you solved one issue.

And your problems might have been or will be shared by others new to Vista. No doubt there is a learning curve to any new OS.

I suspect that Cindi will show up later and give you the benefit of her experience.

(You wanta hear what happened to me? I run (UGH!) WMe,and either didn't notice it before or didn't check it out. I only recently discovered it is a spell check that works in these forum posts.) Sad

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
