routers with Ethernet-connection for a hard drive (and possibly a network printer also)? That's a more common technology.
I have spent a little while searching for a Wireless Router w/USB hard drive and printer support. I am not really having any luck.
The Belkin Play Max Wireless Router would seem to fit the bill, however, CNET only gave it 3 out of 5 stars sighting
"it is confusing to set up and use and its network storage performance is slow. The router gets hot when used for an extended amount of time, and its firmware is buggy."
The problems i am trying to solve with buying a new router are
1. Slow speed of my current router and occasional drop outs
2. I currently have to cart my external hard drive with me as i work on my laptop around the house.
3. Needing to print wirelessly
I love the idea of just plugging in my hard drive and printer into a router at the same time and then forgetting about it. I am no I.T. guy so plug and play are key to me.
Any advice on what to buy??
