This page has links for LIVE ONLINE CHAT to talk with tech support....otherwise a phone call is $50

You might just have your autorun disabled if the disk doesn't start up on its own. Try going to Windows Explorer with the cd in the drive, then click the plus mark in front of the cdrom drive letter to see what folders show up....if you can also click on the cdrom drive itself there, you might also see setup.exe files listed in order to install it.

Once installed, you will have to get to ETrust to update what you have since there is probably a newer version available to you. I have had ETrust for quite a while now, and recently they sent an email to me to let me know that a newer version from what I purchased on line was available for free.

You have to go into your "history" once you log in in order to download the file if you haven't already. It probably works the same way for Pest Patrol, which I don't have.

If the install works the way I mentioned by going to Windows Explorer, then let us know so we can help you get your autorun fixed again.

It sounds like your disk drive if it is doing the same with both programs,is the disk drive recognized by the computer. You can go to my computer icon right click and click on properties and then hardware tab and go down the list and see if the CD drive is listed there,if it is and it is not working consider reinstalling updated drivers for the CD drive.I had some trouble with my cd drive because the computer did not recognize it,it somehow started to work after installing a driver for something else, sometimes it did not open and other times I would put a disc in and nothing would happen.Sometimes this happens with older computers and when they are updates.Someone wondered if it had anything to do with the updates.I never would have guessed how a damaged system file interfered with so many things.
