General discussion

I'm having trouble logging in to banking sites..

Apr 19, 2005 11:29AM PDT

When I input my account numbers and passwords to my credit card sites and banking sites I get the screen that says the page cannot be displayed. I am not having this problem on any other sites that require a login and password. I am using Windows XP and internet explorer version 6.0.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

through Norton. It's all updated, and maybe what you're talking about is that it was updated through Live Update. So yes, recently updated.

Norton's privacy filter is known to do this.

It blocks that transfer. I don't know that software well, so look around on how to set it to trust that back web site.
