If you have no discs and/or recovery/restore discs that came with the PC, you need to visit the maker's support website. Since, you seem to have already gone online to get what you need, be 100% sure that those drivers or any files are directly related to the issue at hand. IC Powerhouse is not a brand, I'm familiar with but stating it's P4 based, suggests its an older one.
He has a IC Powerhouse Intel Pentium 4 Desk top Computer. the number on the Manuel says CP6504. He was deleeting programs that he thought he didn't need and accidentally deleeted the Devices that says: Net Work Adapters Other devices Ethernet Controller Audio device on High Definition audio Bus. I was told by a friend to check on line with the manufacturer to down load it again and reinstall it. I also double checked with Micosoft.com to see if I was doing it right. I was going to down load it to my computer and save it on a flash drive to put in my husbands computer so that hopefully it could catch the internet and get restored. However it didn't work. Maybe I'm not downloading the right programs? Or maybe it needs to be done with a disk instead of a flash drive. I thought I could do it with a flash drive. Is there anyone who could tell me the correct programs or drivers I need to install so that he could finally get his internet back? Please I hope there is somene who's an expert that can tell me how to solve this problem. Thanks
in advance for your help.
