Clarification Request
What's the goal?

While any old router can go there the goals must be revealed. The LANs would be connected but still separate due to IP ranges and NETMASK so connected? Done with any old router. But maybe you left out some other requirements?

A DSL router would be incorrect.

You could use a router but you did not reveal all the requirements. Connecting is usually done with a standard router. Not one with DSL or a builtin modem.

But most of the time there are further requirements than just connections.

There may be more requirements than just connecting. Sharing a printer or such may be a requirement which changes what that part is from a router to a simple switch or even that item being removed and the bridge connected to the other LAN.

Also, routers in your market may differ from here. Between this and your lack of requirements I will not recommend a model.
