You'll need to switch to manual focus if you want to film riding roller coasters with the GZ-MC200US. I've got no answer for low light. I've used a tactical flashlight to film in near total darkness but I don't think the other riders would appriciate a super bright flashlight so you can't do that.
I just brought this camcorder but im having some doubts about it. I wanted a camera thats small in size but still a good quality camera. What I wanna do is use my camcorder basically for theme park and roller filming. What I noticed so far about this camcorder is that its hard to stay focus and causes things to be blurred. Is there a better camera out there for me to capture my theme park footage as well as fast moving roller coasters while riding. Also something thats good for filming dark rides like "its a small world". Any suggestions please help out.
