I Highly Recommend SpywareBlaster

Nov 24, 2004 2:58PM PST

Since installing SpywareBlaster, neither AdAware nor Spybot S&D can find any spyware in my system. I still occasionally run them, but SpywareBlaster is catching everything. I'm sold!

It is a good program. I've been using it for several months and I'm very pleased.

for anyone that doesn't have it and would like it. It's not a scanner like the others, it's a blocker which works great with Ad-Aware SE and Spybot S&D and is currently blocking 3244 known bad items. All you do is enable it and forget about it except for checking for updates once a week or so. The updates are also posted in the V&S Forum for it. This is the link.

Like the others who recommend this I too "would not leave home without it". It just sits there and does its thing and requiring nothing from the user. Only thing is to occasionally check for updates or new program versions. Nice! Happy It has helped keep me clean for a long time.

Yes SpywareGuard too! Have used it as long as SpywareBlaster but one thing I do not understand. SpywareGuard has had no updates since early this year. Surely something new has come along. Well... I keep it anyway. Wink

Happy Thanksgiving!
