You have a very nice camera but taking pictures in low light is not one of its strong points.
In fact - all cameras of that physical size suffer from the same ailment.
The sensor assembly in small cameras is too small and the sensors can not gather enough light.
If you take videos instead of still pictures, you will get better results.
The images will still be blurred, but since it is video your eyes will not notice the motion blur as much.
I don't know of any point and shoot camera that will take great concert pictures.
As I said, I have a Leica C-LUX-2. It takes the best pictures I have ever seen in good light.
