The diskette or the disk that you used to install the program. I don't have a c:\program filed\settings manager folder on my Windows XP machine (not even a c:\program files\settings manager), so I can't tell you where it comes from.
More info on that program in http://www.freefixer.com/library/file/sysapcrt.dll-111332/ : it comes from Aztek media and it might be malware. So - given that info - it might be time to do what Grif recommends in http://forums.cnet.com/7726-6122_102-5509131.html if you didn't install it yourself.

yet the error is non-specific. The heading is found on many programs that I open, and this is a very new issue. For example, today I was on with technical support for one of my programs, and it gave them the same error, to whit: "net.exe--Bad Image the application or DLL C:\program filed\settings manager\systemk\x64\sysapcrt.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette".
Any ideas? Which diskette, Win XP?
