Imagine the person that protested a few hundred dollar charge because nothing was amiss with the system but a phone cable was broken.
There are too many factors to lay the blame at Dell's doorstep and few will pay up for other than covered warranty items.
Why not just return the unit?
I am having trouble connecting to my cable wireless on a consistent basis with my Dell inspiron 600m. I know it is not my router,etc. and am wondering if others have had the same issues??? Dell can't help. My old Dell works fine.
any suggestions how to get Dell to come to my house to fix the problem? I have the onsite warranty and can't get the right number/person to talk to. this is after hours of trying...
