I have a problem with my monitor Samsung SyncMaster 931BF while playing games. The problem is that when on higher resolution 1280x1024 everything works perfectly, but on lower resolutions, 1024x768 or 800x600 I start getting this green horizontal lines across my screen. Now i am sure the problem is with the monitor because i connected it to another computer and same problem occurred while playing games as well. It happens when in games, green lines don't occur on desktop or programs etc. Also when i try to take "Print Screen" to show you guys, it shows without green lines! Also the green lines are not static, they move rapidly. here are pictures:

So i think it is resolution related problem with my monitor, not my graphic card. I have Nvidia GForce 9500GT, 3GB ram, amd athlon 6000 processor.
And before you go yes, i UPDATED all my drivers! Several times. I even tried reinstalling, installing older versions, even got a program that automaticly installs drivers... it all didn't work. I also tried reinstalling system (windows XP service pack 3)... nothing helps. That's why i am writing here, my last hope before i take hammer and smash it
