I have an .mpg file that won't delete---no matter what!

by loveinthefields / January 30, 2006 8:27 AM PST

Okay, my jack a** bf was using my computer to dl porn, and now I've got a file with a ridiculously long string of pornographic words as a title that I can't delete.
Any way I try to do it it says "filename invalid"
I downloaded moveon.bot, i have tried everything else i could find in this forum- safe mode, through the command prompt- everything. i have all the spyware & antivirus programs cnet recommends.

My computer is super slow, and god knows what else it's doing in there!
Please help me! You're my only hope....

You tried..

everything you could find at this forum, but you failed to mention what exactly you did use. You also need to include the information requested in red prior to posting:

I'm not quite sure I want to know the name of the file, nor do I know if it is necessary. Wink Perhaps someone else might ''make that call''.

Have you tried CCleaner or Ewido?

It's probably a trojan of some type
by roddy32 / January 30, 2006 10:11 AM PST

that will need more than MoveonBoot to delete. As the other suggested, more information is definately needed.

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
