Sorry to hear this. Have you tried the DVR on any other ports on the TV? Can you still see the TV menu?
I recently added a DVR, that had a broken hard drive after 3 days. I got another DVR and Comcast installed it. After a few days, the TV kept shutting off. Now, I have nothing but a black screen. Ideas anyone? The DVR is still recording the programs I selected but I can't watch them. That indicates to me that the DVR is not the problem. I have a smaller Samsung TV that I could try out to see if the problem is the 32" TV.
