Explain in detail.
Mar 23, 2018 4:21PM PDT

Recently I had some odd colors in my Start menu. Example:

W10 has this new setting I needed to change.

Look at the checkbox under Choose your color.

NO, I did not write this was your fix but color schemes are a bit hidden now. You must look around today. The CNET article did help when I had a client with title bar odd colors.

Other settings that can do this.

Is any High Contrast in use?

Is there any question about video settings?

Did not help either

I don't see any high contrast aplyied and I tryed to change everything in the colours settings, but didn't change anything. I forgot about an app I had for tweaking windows, but I have it uninstalled for about half year now.

Let's hear about that app.

Not uninstall/reinstall but reset.
How is on the web.

Actually

I can change colors just like on a normal device. But it will remain in this weird design. The app wasn't on any browser. It was separate app for tweaking windows.

Typo?

" I also have this weird design on many other apps, but not at all."

Did you mean "on all"?

Anyhow, it's a mystery so far. Some apps do allow custom themes and the title bar colors DO CHANGE along with FOCUS (sorry if I use Windows tech terms.)

1. Do other user accounts do this?
2. Read https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13810/windows-keyboard-shortcuts-accessibility
2a, Turn high contrast on and off.
2b. Turn color filters on and off.

Thank you :)

Turning high contrast on and then off solved my problem.

Typical Windows.

Microsoft car dies. Every rolls windows up and down, gets out of the car, back in and it works fine.

I don't think so

The MIUI site was just because I don't want to show my main page. Top bar is same on any site.

But I didn't change anything in the browser

I didn't find any scheme changing extension in Chrome, which is only browser I use. I also have this weird design on many other apps, but not at all. For example on the settings app I have the original.
