I have an issue that is heated to the point your mobile ear when i talk about 30 sec or more.
Do you have tell me something on this problem?

How old is the phone ??

Talk to your cellular carrier. If your phone is still in warranty, that would be the best solution.

Manufacturing defect

Seems like its a manufacturing defect by the looks of it. Take it to the service center, if its under warranty they might just replace it!
