reading the user comments from many forums/revies .. i found that sony hi8 camcorder are perfect for me cause they are cheap , outstanding quality , no grainyness in low light conditions , better vdo storage becauuse of less compression , easy of use , 20 x optical zoom and some more. the ony thing that might now be convenient to many user that its kin of hard to tranfer the vdo into PC .

no i have a avermedia tv card with a dual core pC with one gig of ram . can in convert thehi 8 vdo into digital format with my tv card ? i believe i can cause in my tv card u can capture in different source and different kind of formats . . please comment guys

Last thing i want to know from u experts.. is hi8 is equal to dvd n minidv in terms of video quality ?

will allow you to connect the camera as a playback device that looks just like a VCR or DVD or other playback device. If your avermedia tv card allows you to connect external analog sources like that it will work. It will be analog, standard definition video, with no control of play, reverse, fast forward or any other camera controls available.

If you really want to do this, might I suggest that you investigate the Sony DCR-TRV280 Digital 8 camera? You may need to add a FireWire port to your computer, but the video transfer will be digital and the computer's video editing application will be in control... and that digital transfer will provide a better video image.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
