If you have the w7 OS and the driver disc then you should be able to go back.
It would be a good idea to make a backup of 'your stuff' before doing this.
Keep in mind that you have less that 2yrs of support for w7.
Since you have w10 pro you can delay upgrades and updates.
Which is probably not a bad thing to do as it gives a little time for the dust to settle.
If msft pushes out a bum update let other people report the issue and give msft time to send out an update to the update.

I bought it 12/06/16, got it 12/13/16. Three days later, after Windows update, it wouldn't stay connected to the Internet for more than 30 min. This got old real fast. I tried everything, flushed DNS, fiddled with network settings etc. Called tech support, they sent a wireless NIC card, then a wired NIC card. Still not solved. I actually talked to a different tech and he said 'Send it back to us, it's the motherboard.'
So they replaced the motherboard, which meant I had to contact Microsoft and get the license for Win 10 updated... (Thankfully at no cost) It runs Win 10 Pro.
Then I started having issues with the SSD being too small-128 Gig just doesn't cut it when you use 3d rendering programs.
Oh yeah and right before the warranty expired, the vid card started to go.
Fought them and they sent a new one.
So I got another SSD, and that worked out. But I've had more issues after updates over the last year, including one where it wouldn't boot.
Now I'm getting BSOD, did a chkdisk that helped mostly.
I'm so sick of Win 10 at this point I want my old reliable Win 7.
Now, before you warn me about drivers and what not... this machine was ORIGINALLY Win 7. All the manufacturer's driver disks are for Win 7.
What kind of issues will I encounter? I am saving my pennies for a NEW Dell Alienware, which is what I should have bought in the first place.
