I have a weird windows problem

Hello, first and for most sorry for my bad english. So here is the problem, whenever i turn on my pc i recive a late response time from my mouse when i am clicking. But after 10 mins or so the problem ends. Also when i am playing games that requires interet connection
i got blue screen of death after 20 mins of gameplay. But after uninstalling all of the nvidia drivers, i only got crash and all i can do is to click on the restart button on my pc. So what is the problem here? Is it driver related? Or something else ?
