What is the web site where you visited to purchase this?

I couldn't find any myjournal.com using Google except a "www.my-journal.com/" which just seems to be a forum site.

It's the same My Journal 2 that James and I have linked to, and that Plimus web site doesn't 'appear' to be bogus at all. But I understand your concerns.

I did notice that they have PayPal as a method of payment. If you have a PayPal account, then that might be a preferred way of purchasing this software. I use PayPal myself and find it safe and secure. I pay into PayPal as mush or as little as I like, then when I purchase anything, they cannot access my PayPal account, nor, through that, any bank/credit card accounts I have.

Worth considering if you would really like this software.

Jebrown82963, if that is the MyJournal you mean, then try downloading direct from their web site at http://myjournal2.com/

You will note that it is a 30 day trial, and often you will find that developers and software suppliers will ask for credit card details for "Registration purposes", to prove that you are who you say.

If some other web site is asking for these details, please give their url web address.
