I have a nas storage WD but i cant open it from my laptop

Hi all
I have a WD My Book Live Duo Personal Cloud Storage 4TB NAS Drive with RAID Mirroring but I cant access it any more,
when I go to access on the Nas desktop shortcut, its says windows cannot access 129.1.168

And when I go to access it in my computer under Z drive back up it says An error has occured while reconnecting to Z 192.1.168
Microsoft windows network: The network path was not found

This connection has not been restored

I have a windows 7 home premium operating system 64 bit operating system

I know this is a network work problem but i cant find a way to fix it,

If anybody has any ideas how to fix this problem please help as i have'haven't access my nas for a long while now,
I did lose my internet connection and had to reboot my router so think maybe that had something to do with it but I am not sure,

It appears this is true. I am not WD support so I will defer to WD all questions about why they did that.

My choice is to forget WD's personal cloud as it does break like this and ask them how to set it up without the cloud.
