I have a external had disk i want to share it on wifi. and want to access it from my laptop and my tv with usb port.

Let's say you share it via the dozens of many methods only to discover your TV doesn't work with Windows Shares. Or that the TV only understands content encoded using a very very short list.

Did you check on that before you go down this road?

or at least one like your PC. No if you want to store videos on this external drive I recommend that you connect the drive to your laptop and connect the external drive to your laptop using a HDMI cable.
