I Have A Android that wont stop sending me an error

I Have An Samsung Android Galaxy and it wont stop sending me error that says (Sorry) Process com.android.phone stopped unexpectedly. Try Again).. And i do not know how to get rid of it.. Can some Please Clean This..

....that you do a hard reset of the phone which essentially resets the device to the factory defaults. If possible, try to synch the phone with your computer so that you don't lose phone contacts, downloads, music, pictures, etc. Hopefully you have that already stored on an SD memory card. Hope that helps.

I want to add that this error was encountered when folk updated the OS and restored from some backup. The hard reset clears those files and it works again.

Too bad there was not more story here. One time the story was they installed some other Android version and they had to go to the counter to have them restore the phone.
