In my email I told them my feelings about their policy and that I was goimng to close out my Bhase Ink Business card. Here is an email I got today.

I can understand how concerned you are about the removal
of the Christmas tree. Please be aware that there's a lot
of wrong information out there. There are Christmas trees
across the lobbies of our headquarters and offices around
the world. In this case, we have a policy of not accepting
any gifts from customers, but we're applying common sense
here and offering to put the tree back up at our expense.
We're thankful for Mr. Morales' nice gesture.

I guess they must have gotten several emails.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
