The Founding Fathers would be shocked

at how the Bill of Rights was stretched so far to protect behaviors they didn't intend to be protected. Remember, our society was much more conservative then, and had limits placed on it from non-governmental sources: religion, neighborhoods, families. The Constitution was never designed to protect certain behaviors because it was designed without expectation of those behaviors.
Add in years of a liberal-dominated Supreme Court which included just about everything they could under the umbrella of the Bill of Rights, and you get our current society.

Founding Fathers denied the divinity of Christ" In other words they were Unitarians or worse.

The Nine I assume comprise Adams, Jefferson, Madison, Washington, Hamilton, Franklin, Jay and ?
