I waited 4 month to recieve my rebate, I was too angry
and believed that i wasnt going to get my money $150.00
I called 1866-800-4303 and the customer service game me the confirmation # i kept calling until I heard that my rebate was paid, now I have to check my mail
and see if is true.. I agrre with all of you, this is a difficult process and you have to be very careful on those days and is not easy you have to wait 180 to 210 days, so who has time, when you have so much in mind.
But I did it...
1) a copy of dated sales receipt
2) copy of 12 digit UPC barcode from product packing
(I gave the both also the UPS bar code just in case.)
3) copy of bill showing name, phone # and that the bills must be dated between 150 days after activation and 210 day after activation.
4) entries must be postmarked no earlier than 180 to 210 days after activation.
This is the tricky one... hold your bill that you had accumulated for 150 days and wait another 30 days to submitt your claim.( that make it to 180 days) in total I send them 5 phone bills paid to date and no partial payment. I know mostly everyone follow these rules and did not get their money. I guess I was the lucky one. Never the less is a nightmare is to long and confusing also never had to wait this long for other rebated that I previouly had. Good luck to everyone I hope you all get you money too.
ps. alway keep a copy of what you send is your prove and you dont have to wait for them to send you back what you have send them if you send it to early.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
