General discussion

I.E. 6.0 with SP2 with Yahoo Toolbar=secure!!!

Nov 26, 2004 2:00PM PST

In response to the locked discussion by LarryD: I am doing just fine with Internet Explorers latest security updates. also using Yahoos NEW Toolbar with Anti-spy and pop-up blocker.
Everyone failed to mention how reliable it IS NOW! I have used my computers in lots of interesting ways(I currently only have two, but have had 9 at once). My Dell has been used to download spies on purpose! Then I would try to disable them myself and return my speed and performance. I lasted, Quite a long time that way!!! nearly 6 months! I would also like to mention; I ran the Dell with NO ANTI-VIRUS software installed! It took a virus to stop me at the 6th month!
Now, that same Dell is more protected, of course. Since Service pack 2 release for WinXP; I have had NO troubles and absolute speed on the net, average 1300kbps.
