may not work with some and vice-versa.
Also, not all users are using the same configuration (tweaks, settings and all).
I have Norton Internet Security 2006 and I have no problem in using it in my Windows XP Pro. I'm not Symantec fan because I have other software in other computers and laptop. I just want to say that my experience with NIS 2006 has been good.
I have Norton SystemWorks which I love for the anti-virus and other abilities such as computer cleanup and fixing registry errors. For internet security, I use a combination of Spybot Search & Destroy (which has a silent blocker feature) and ZoneAlarm. Since installing these two programs over 2 years ago (and getting all updates as available) I have not had a single problem with spyware or anything else, and they work fine in all four of my computers which range in age from a 486 running Windows 98 (yes, we still have this ancient workhorse) to a year-old computer using Windows XP. After reading all the complaints about Norton Internet Security, I don't think I'll be getting it anytime soon, either!
