I don't understand something.

When I try to move some types of files, my computer says, "Cannot move (file name.) Access is denied." Why?

You are moving the file from where to where? Internal hard drive to external SD card, USB flash memory, other? What file types (three-letter extension)?

another location on the hard drive.

"File extension?"
.exe files. Moving all other files works great.
