Question

"I didn't break the damn internet"

What do I need to do to make my windows 8 run faster and smoother online without the cache "oops u broke the internet" ridiculousness popping up after two or three pages going at once?Is it my virus ware? I have Glary utilities. Having slow problems loading Pics and video on pages. Any help or info would be appreciated.

1. Do a refresh (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2410848,00.asp tells more)
2. Don't run any other software than your antivirus while browsing
3. Do NEVER download, install and run Glary.

After these 3 steps it should be nice again.
