I Changed screen resolution

To get ACR and NX to better fit my screen....that worked well.
But now My Icons are rather small On the desktop and in explorer, can that be changed? I have been hunting, but so far no solution.
Also some of the forums I visit (this one included) does not seem to care that I have chosen a larger font size in IE.....Now some sites have adjusted nicely but some have not.......Any way to get them to listen?

I love it when a plan comes together.....if anyone else has the problem...
The Icons can be changed in screen properties
And the text can be changed in internet options > accessibility

Can I ask for more help?

In reply to: I got it

I do a lot of Photo work and one thing that I do not like with this increased resolution is the Thumbnails are much smaller (not good)
I guess I should have added this in the first post....Windows XP pro..
and the resolution I am using is 1280 X 960......
As I said I found the solution to most of my problems but the thumbnail size and one forum I visit dpreview does not display as good as all the other sites I there anything I can do about that.
As I said I found the settings that make this site and most other sites display very nicely but not that dpreview. (and I do spend much too much time there.)

In case anyone else may find it helpful.

The thumbnail view of Photos can be changed with Tweak UI...and the website fonts ccan be controlled by holding the control key and using the mouse wheel.
