Did you do your extended maintenance? That is, canned air on all heatsinks, replace heatsink compound (simple wipe and new compound)?

No.

If you demand an absolutely will fix it answer then I must change to arrange to have it fixed in a shop. Here I can only offer common, most likely to fix it answers. To get to some absolute we can't offer advice as it might not fix it.

I see many machines over the years and over the past decade less and less folk do the maintenance. As to compound, I get mine on amazon. You can get it on newegg or Fry's. How to apply is all over the web so no need to write how here.

also this happened after powercuts
Apr 12, 2014 3:37PM PDT

i should have probably mentioned it earlier all problems in my pc started after my ups broke and to top it had power cut on those couple days, and it got sudden power off for about 7 to 8 times within 48hrs and when power got back and i would switch it each time during that time it would ask me to open it in safe mode and i would start it in normal mode.

i hope u can diagnose better with this info, i do really appreciate your help. and i will take it to tech if its absolutely necessary

Remember any diagnosis is just that

You want an absolute answer that the diagnosis will fix it. As such it must be done by a person that does repairs and even they will diagnose and stand a chance of being wrong. But you may never know that as they will diagnose it again until its fixed.

The compound and work if I do it myself is about 5 bucks. And is not optional on 2 or more year laptops. The compound dries and cracks, the vents and heat sinks collect dust and lint so maybe it's a good thing folk don't do the usual work? That is, good for repair shops.
