Those drives appear to be SATA? If you've got two disc drives, try unplugging one and install the OS on the initial drive.. Make sure to install the SATA drivers at the appropriate time and after the first drive is formatted and installed, then plug in the second one and format it from Windows.
And in some cases, check the BIOS settings to disable "Native SATA Support" so XP can recognize the drives.

i cant seem to reformat my pc. everytime i try to reformat, the set up page doesnt recognize my drives. its says that there are no disks drives. or something like that. if i proceed, i will get a blue screen error.

i dont know what all of this is about though, but i need to reformat. all of my files are now ".ink" files. i dont know why that is either. most programs run fine in that mode, but my steam games doesnt seem to want to work.
