It's unlikely we can start. Tell more. One poor soul has a PC that had never run Windows 10. Turns out it was some 486 from over a decade ago. That PC will never boot or run W10.

Tell more.

when no bootable media is found in the PC so the system looks to the network as a last resort. Check your BIOS to make certain the device you are trying to boot from is in the listing and that such media exists. If you're trying to boot from a Windows 10 installation disk or USB stick, it's best to have it placed at the top of the list until installation is complete.

This doesn't seem to be a Windows 10 question, since booting to install Windows 10 doesn't use Windows 10 at all. Most "can't boot" issues are hardware issues.
