i cant get rid of the two virus ive found

i ran a virus scan using f- secure which is the only scan that picks things up for me. one of the virus is in my system 32 and i cant delete it. its Trojan. Win32agent.btjv, relatively new and its it a VBZIP10.dll file in system 32. I cant find much on anything on this virus. Any ideas out there

F-Secure did NOT remove the infections it found?

Please run the Housecall online virus scan located at:
Follow the prompts to scan your hard drive for viruses. Select the "Autoclean" option so that Housecall will remove any viruses from your system.
When the scan is finished, please restart your computer.

It seems that your computer is badly infected from the virues.
You can follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Scan your computer by using any updated antivirus program.
2. Try to install and download the "Antimalwarebytes" (freely available)
3. Try to update "Antimalwarebytes".
4. Scan your computer using the "Antimalwarebytes".
5. Follow the same procedure for "Superantispyware" as you done for "Antimalwarebytes".
6. Delete all the internet temproray files.
