Question

I can't connect to my Data network

Mar 14, 2018 9:25AM PDT

What's new is that I am now using a 2nd SIM card. I got it while I was visiting Mexico.
I also requested my cellphone services provider to disable everything on their SIM card (voice, SMS, data, etc). Now that I'm back home (Canada), I had my provider (Videotron) enabling the services again. Except now I don't have Data.
I still have the 2nd SIM card inside the cellphone. But I have disabled it in the phone settings.
One of their tech reps helped me reproducing the APN file over the phone. I rebooted, and still no luck.
Should you want to see my settings I have made a series of screenshots showing them. I would have pasted it here but I can't paste a Pastall.com link here.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance guys

Clarification Request
This is technical. FIRST QUESTION.

Did your carrier setup you phone's APN to your home's cellular network?

I read you may have done this, but let them try.

This is exacting work. One wrong entry and it doesn't work. Also, SAVING the settings is unlike any other area or controls on the phones. I call that a bad design but it is what it is.

No reason to test how things work or not.
