I cannot reccommend Mosy

Mar 15, 2012 1:35AM PDT

I subscribed to Mosy on Mar 2nd, tried for hours/days to get a backup partially completed with no luck. It kept disconnecting with the message "canceled by user." I finally gave up and spent hours trying to find a way to cancel my subscription. Finally was able to contact someone who would answer me in "live chat." I think their website is very difficult to navigate. I think (after my wedding) I will try Carbonite.

Just an opinion.

Wireless problem
Mar 18, 2012 5:37AM PDT

is my "intended" who is in no hurry to inquire about it through our internet provider. Actually I want to wait until I get my MacBook configured, and that won't happen until I receive the cd of my new Quicken which is promised for March 19th.... that's tomorrow. Then, we plan to take our camper to a campground near the Apple store where I will make an appointment for them to transfer my data (I understand it might take a couple of days) and give me some instruction on the new machine. There is so much going on right now, with the wedding coming up on May 19th and a four hour river cruise we want to take on the 10th I don't know which way is up. My life is FULL and I''m loving every minute of it. One of the questions I have about "wireless" is, will it only be available here at home, or also while we are camping....... who knows where?

There are some things in life that are way more important

than wireless internet access.

Congratulations on the upcoming, enjoy the cruise and just come back here when you have settled down into married life and need your Mac questions answered.

On the camping question, all the camp sites that I have been to had Wireless access for their guests.
You just connect to it and off you go, surfing your little heart out.

Once again, congratulations
