I cannot log in with my blackberry ID on my phone but can do so on blackberry website, any idea what I can do?

I observed this problem when I wanted to download an app,i could not because probably I forgot my password, but I had to click on "FORGET PASSWORD". And then I received a mail that allowed me to changed my password but then I tried again I could not log in. I tried the BlackBerry WEBSITE Login and it worked. Again I tried logging with my phone only to be refused access. I have reset my password several times all to no avail. At one point, There was a response I got that implied that my actual account email was not the one I first login in with. Am confused. What should I do?

Tough area.

But they could be on BB servers which means they have to be contacted to sort it out. In advance be sure all data, contacts and more are safe before you have them work on it.

Some folk are learning this the hard way. As I haven't been on BB products for over 5 years I can't guess how you backup today.

Problem Solved

I had all the same problems as you mentioned, I was able to resolve my issue. And to put it bluntly, I carried out a security wipe after backing up my data and it has resolved my issue and it is back to normal.

Hope your willing to do this, I know I was reluctant to.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
