Where is it occurring?

User opinions are available in response to product reviews, news articles, editorials, etc. throughout most of Cnet's properties (reviews.cnet.com, news.com, webware.com, download.com, etc) so it's important to note which one(s) it's occurring on. Also be sure to mention what browser you're using, your operating system, etc. so we can help troubleshoot the cause.

Let us know.

Do you mean
Feb 13, 2008 7:53PM PST

the review here;
http://reviews.cnet.com/cell-phones/lg-rumor-white-sprint/4505-6454_7-32716515.html?tag=prod.img.1 ?

If so, scroll down to the first of the User Opinions, it is about 2/3rds of the way down the web page and has a yellow button/link titled "WRITE YOUR OWN REVIEW".

Do you see that button/link? If so, what happens when you click on it?

There is also another link to user reviews at the bottom of the page;
http://reviews.cnet.com/cell-phones/lg-rumor-white-sprint/4852-6454_7-32716515.html?tag=sub

Does that work for you?

i mean when you read a specific user opinion and you want to comment on it, how do you do it?

- Collapse -
You can't.

You can't comment on specific users' comments.

But you can comment on the device being reviewed, and I suppose there you can refer to another user's comments.

Unless I'm mistaken...

You could indeed reply to another user's comments, although I believe there was a depth limit of 2. However, unless I'm mistaken, that's one of the features that were removed when the reviews pages were updated. The forum software still supports replies to comments, which is why you can find such examples, but a link is no longer offered. The same goes for the 'add to My Lists' button, which many have requested the past several months. Honestly, I wouldn't get your hopes up.
