Lee is probably the one that is going to have to answer your question but it might help if you could give a little more information as to exactly what happens when you try to vote in them. I ALSO vote in them and once you pick your choice and hit the "vote" button, it takes you to the website with the results? That is how it is SUPPOSED to work and it works fine for me. Just try to describe that best way you can as to what happens. Also somes hints for your OS and e-mail client might help too.

Hi,

I know how to vote, but the problem is that I can't pick any of the choices! for example, there are 4 choices , I try to click on any of them but the "Black dot" which supposed to appear when I choose any of the choices doesn't appear Sad I can't select any of them.

I tried to vote using Windows XP Home Edition and Proffessional using FireFox browser and Internet Explorer, and in all of these - the problem is not solved! it is pretty wierd. I open my Cnet messages in Hotmail , could that be the problem ?!

Thank you.

I also have XP SP2 but I don't use Hotmail. Now that the holidays are over, perhaps Lee will see this and ask the engineers if they have a solution. Now that there is some more info, They'll be able to help you. You are welcome.

Hotmail is the culprit here...

which CNET Newsletter mailing are you receiving?

When you receive the newsletter are you able to click on the link that reads: "Trouble viewing this mail? Click here to read it online."

If you utilize the online version of the newsletter you will be able to place your vote in the polls, even through hotmail.

Let me know if that works for you.

Thanks!
