i can't hear any sound from the laptop any more!

by preppystud / August 30, 2007 12:24 PM PDT

so i had some water spillage on the toshiba laptop

and while i was playing some sound file, and all of sudden, one speaker inside of the laptop stopped working, then after a few seconds, the second one stopped working!

now i can't even use the headphone, there is no sound at all!

i suppose the circuit got damaged somehow?!

my question is now, is there anyway that i can play sound file again?

if not, can I go buy a USB speaker, and plug it in the computer, so i play the sound again? to my knowledge, i suppose that it should work well, but i don't know

thanks for the help!

Seems like an internal sound card malfunction... it's best you get it checked out if you have a warranty.
