100F is not much a concern but 100C would have me get out my canned air to do the usual. Your opening up of the unit may have dis-lodged the heat sink so if you don't know much and can't do more research I suggest you get it serviced before it fails.

The fan gets very loud, when I look the CPU temperature gets to 100 degrees sometimes
my computer is not in direct sunlight or anything
this problem happened when i moved the desk top from my bedroom to the living room. i was very careful, and i opened the unit and cleaned off the dust gently with tissue
i am very worried. i don't want my computer to die on me. and i don't know much about computers
