Many years ago Tomshardware did testing and benchmarks on changing motherboards and the results were so close that measurement error could account for any edge the winning board had.
This means that such things are usually fungible. That is, one is pretty much like the other when the same slots and features are the same.
You could look at newegg's user feedback to see if it can sway you.
